What is the biggest difference between IML process and IMD process?

IML process product structure design limit value
The overall thickness of small electronic plastic parts needs to be more than 1.2mm, with a limit of 1.00mm, and the overall thickness of large products (door locks, sweeper covers and large panels) needs to be more than 2.5mm.
