1. The overall thickness of small electronic plastic parts needs to be more than 1.2mm, with a limit of 1.00mm, and the overall thickness of large products (door locks, sweeper covers and large panels) needs to be more than 2.5mm.

For large products (door lock, sweeper face cover, large panel), the outer diameter of the screw post needs to be 4.2-4.3mm, and the inner hole needs to be 2.70mm to prevent the surface screw post from watermarking. At the same time, note that the thickness of the glue position between the inner and outer diameters of the screw post is between 0.7-0.8mm.
