In addition, the vent slot must be satisfactory in order to discharge the air and the gas in the melt in time to avoid bubbles during the molding process. The transition part of the injection molded parts should be smooth, and the transition should be gradual to avoid sharp corners and sharp edges, especially in PC products, there must be no gaps.
